Form fields

Select a form template or create a new one.

There are such form fields:

• name
• title
• description
• email
• short answer
• phone
• long answer
• call to action button text

You can set whether each field is required or optional.

Fill in the required information and click “Save”, then proceed to the next step, “Design.”
