Forms are structured questionnaires or feedback tools that can be used on websites or shared via links. Each form has several key attributes
In the left-hand menu, select “Forms”, then click “Create”. Choose the form type and form goal, and click “Confirm”. Select a template or create a form from scratch.
Click “Save”.
Set up the “Thank You” page.
Get the QR code - you can download it or return to the form list.
In the form list, click the three dots to edit any form.
